hi there folks,
Many a time on our comp some program starts to get shaky and we wonder if we wait that it might
restore itself, but sometimes it does not and d situation comes that even Ctrl+Alt+Del deosnt work
and then we think we should not have left that for that long.So here it is guys the solution to ur problem,we can set the no of milliseconds before a non responsive task ends itself.
Start Regedit
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\AutoEndTasks
Set the value to be 1
In the same section, change the WaitToKillAppTimeout to the number of milliseconds you want.
Disclaimer: Its registry you r dealing with I suggest u first make a backup of it before attempting this. And as usual "the author shall not be responsible for any crashes........"
Keep watching this space for better tips..........
